Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed with Glassbox Research LLC at glassboxresearch.io.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed when you place your order. We charge the price shown in your order confirmation, not any figure in your browser.
An order is accepted when payment clears. We may cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the order conflicts with our Research Use Only policy — and refund it in full.
Partner and discount codes can’t be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and can’t be applied after an order is placed.
Payment
Card payments are taken on our secure payment page. Your statement will show PEPTIDESS SHOP.
We never see or store your full card number.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older and accept our Research Use Only policy. We ship to US addresses only.
Liability
Products are sold for research use only and without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond conforming to the product description on this site and, once published, the certificate for their lot.
To the extent the law allows, Glassbox Research LLC’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
