Before you order
What does “research use only” actually restrict?
These materials are sold as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research and analytical work. They aren’t drugs, supplements or food, aren’t sterile-filled for injection, carry no dosing guidance, and may not be administered to humans or animals. We can’t advise on use in any living subject and won’t answer questions framed that way.
How do certificates work?
Each tested lot has a certificate (identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC, plus screening results) posted under the lot number printed on the vial. Type that lot number into the certificate index, or open the certificate from the product page.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed by 1 PM CT on business days usually ship the same day. Shipping and insurance are calculated at checkout from your order’s weight and box size, shown as one line. We ship to US addresses only.
How do I pay?
By card, on our secure payment page after you place the order. Your statement will show PEPTIDESS SHOP. We never see your full card number.
How should I store what I receive?
Each product page lists storage. Most lyophilized peptides are best kept sealed, cold and away from light; solutions list their own conditions.
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Email help@glassboxresearch.io within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we’ll replace or refund the affected items.
Do you ship internationally?
